Dear President Trump:
The purpose of this letter is to request your assistance in ordering the Justice Department to initiate a criminal investigation into the death of Marine Colonel James E. Sabow at Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, CA, crime scene tampering and staging of his ‘suicide’ by Naval Criminal Investigative (NIS) agents, conspiracy to commit murder by senior Marine Corps leaders and DOD officials, and the sabotage of Arrow Air 1285 by a rouge CIA team in Gander, Newfoundland, which resulted in the deaths of 256 Americans.
MARINE CORPS AIR STATION EL TORO
The cocaine pipeline from Central America fueled the crack cocaine epidemic, resulting in the deaths, addictions and imprisonment of thousands of Americans. Billions of dollars were made from cocaine trafficking, funding covert operations without the need for Congressional oversight and lining the pockets of those in the know and on the take. Those who were a threat to blow-the-whistle were murdered. At El Toro, Marine Colonel James E. Sabow was murdered to prevent him from blowing-the-whistle on cocaine trafficking into the base. Bryan Burnett, forensic scientist, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA, and Dr. Robert MacLachlan, neurologist, Rapid City, SD, reported a depressed right occipital skull fracture on the back of Colonel Sabow’s head that was shown to have occurred prior to the intraoral shotgun discharge. The Colonel received a powerful blow by a club to the back of his head before the intraoral shotgun blast. Burnett examined the gunshot residue (GSR) and back spatter residue (BSR) by scanning electron microscopy – elemental analysis, the bloodstains on and around the body, the staging of the body and reconstruction of the death scene. Burnett used CSI techniques to reconstruct the crime scene and demonstrated that the intraoral shotgun blast was used to fake a false suicide scenario. Dr. Robert MacLachlan reported the initial assault on Colonel Sabow was a blow to the back of his head causing a large depressed skull fracture. After being struck, he was rendered unconscious and he fell to the ground on his right side. A fatal brainstem injury followed. The injury caused central neurogenic hyperventilation and because he was lying on his right side, he aspirated one-half liter of blood into his right lung. Death soon followed. Because the Colonel had already expired when an assailant shot him intraorally with the 12-gauge shotgun, there was no blood circulation, and only a small amount of blood was part of the gunshot blowback.
The forensic and pathological evidence on the death of Colonel James E. Sabow on January 22, 1991, support homicide and conspiracy to commit murder by the Naval Investigative Service (NIS) and senior Marine Corps officers. Colonel Sabow’s death was staged as a suicide by the Naval Investigative Service (NIS) with the knowledge of senior Marine Corps and Defense Department officials. The motive for the murder was to prevent Colonel Sabow from blowing-the-whistle on the use of El Toro to support the CIA proprietary C-130s flying cocaine into the base for distribution in Southern California.
Other professionals who can support the homicide and the conspiracy to commit murder of Colonel Sabow include: Dr. David Sabow, board-certified neurologist, Rapid City, SC; Mr. Daniel P. Sheehan, attorney, Santa Cruz, CA; Mr. W. Scott Goldie, film writer and documentary film editor and producer, Hollywood, CA; Mr. Michael Jacobs, attorney and former supervising attorney, Orange County Homicide Unit, Anaheim, CA; and Mr. Robert Romaine, retired Marine Corps Sergeant Major and retired Orange County Homicide Detective, Costa Mesa, CA.
Other El Toro Marines met violent deaths, including Colonel Gerald Agenbroad who was found hanged in El Toro’s Bachelor Officers Quarters on February 24, l995, five days after “60 Minutes” did a story on illegal Lockheed C-130 acquisitions. His death was determined to be a suicide by the NIS. Arriving home from church services on Christmas Day, l994, Staff Sergeant Tom Wade, who had been the ‘computer guru’ at El Toro in 1991 until promoted and transferred to Blount Island, FL, was dragged from his car as his four-year old daughter watched in the back seat, then shot in the head, execution style. Marines cordoned off Wade’s civilian apartment, not allowing the local police to investigate on the grounds of “national security.” Wade’s death remains a cold case today.
COCAINE
The crack cocaine epidemic hit the black community especially hard, not just in California but across the country. Crack cocaine babies, emergency care admissions, addictions to crack cocaine, and imprisonment of young black men are some of the effects of this government run operation. While the statute of limitations has run out on cocaine trafficking, there is no statute of limitations on murder. A DEA agent following the money trail of cocaine trafficking was murdered, too. Enrique Kiki Camarena, a DEA agent and former Marine, was kidnapped, tortured and murdered in Mexico in February 1985. The official Mexican and US government version is that Rafael Caro Quintero, a Mexican drug cartel leader, was responsible for the torture and death of Kiki Camarena. Quintero was convicted of Kiki’s murder but freed from a Mexican prison in August 2013 after serving 28 years of a 40-year sentence. Fifteen months later, the court reversed its ruling. Quintero’s whereabouts are unknown. The Borderland Beat reported that, “Three former U.S. federal agents decided to end a 28-year silence and simultaneously entrusted this journal and the U.S. Fox news services with an information “bomb”: Enrique Kiki Camarena was not murdered by Rafael Caro Quintero — the capo that served a sentence for that crime — but by an agent of the CIA. The reason: the DEA agent discovered that his own government was collaborating with the Mexican narco in his illegal business.” Retired DEA agents can attest to the use of El Toro, March AFB, Homestead AFB and other military and non-military facilities to run cocaine into the country, and the murder of Kiki Camarena. In interviews with Proceso, Phil Jordan, former director of the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC); Hector Berrellez, former DEA agent, and former DEA agent Celerino “Cele” Castillo reported they had evidence that the U.S. government itself ordered the murder of Kiki Camarena. In addition, they pointed to a Cuban character, Felix Ismael Rodriguez, as the murderer. Rodriquez, who managed the guns-for-drugs covert operation in El Salvador for the National Security Council, was a long-time CIA operative and associate of Lt. Colonel Ollie North and Donald P Gregg, National Security Advisor for Vice President George H. W. Bush.
GUNS AND COCAINE
Lockheed C-130s and P-3s from the Air Force boneyard in Phoenix, AZ, were obtained by CIA proprietary contractors for the illegal guns-for-drugs covert operation. Mr. Gene Wheaton, retired Army Warrant Officer and criminal investigator, provided the tail numbers of 62 military aircraft used in this illegal covert operation to Ms. Janet Napolitano, then US Attorney for the District of Arizona and later the US Attorney General and Ms. Claire K. Lefkowitz, the Assistant United States Attorney on May 1, 1997. Mr. Wheaton was told by Ms. Lefkowitz, that she and federal investigators had any plans to meet with him. The payload of an Air Force C-130E is 42,000 pounds. Mr. Robert Tosh Plumlee, long-time CIA pilot, reported that he flew thousands of pounds of cocaine for CIA proprietary airlines on C-130 aircraft into El Toro and Homestead AFB. The street value of this cocaine was in the billions of dollars. Mr. Plumlee reported that about 50 pilots were involved in this covert operation. These aircraft had to have transponder codes issued by the US government to cross the Mexican border into the US. The use of US military bases to transport cocaine into this country was never discussed during the Iran/Contra hearings or by Lawrence Walsh, the Iran/Contra Special Prosecutor.
ARROW AIR 1285 AND A NUCLEAR BACKPACK
At Gander, Newfoundland, Arrow Air 1285 was deliberately destroyed by rouge intelligence operatives on December 12, 1985, to prevent Special Operations troops on the aircraft from blowing-the-whistle on an illegal covert mission to use a nuclear backpack to destroy an Iraqi Nuclear Weapons Research Facility. Mr. Donald Devereux, long-time print and TV journalist, Tempe, AZ and Mr. Charles Byers, former owner of Accuracy Systems Ordinance Corporation, Phoenix, AZ, provided information that incendiary devices and napalm chemicals planted in soda cans were used to remotely destroy the DC-8-63 aircraft in Gander on take-off. Mr. Byers’ company sold the incendiary devices exclusively to the CIA. The Canadian government under international law was responsible for determining the cause of the crash. The Canadian Air Safety Board in a 5 to 4 split decision decided that icing was the cause of the crash. The facts support that icing was not involved. The four professionals on the CASB agreed that fire and explosion were the probable cause of the crash. Mr. Devereux and Mr. Byers attributed the crash to CIA rouge intelligence operatives. The Army disputed any sabotage involved in the crash without any terrorist or criminal investigation by the FBI. These are serious charges. I am bringing them to your attention because of your reputation as a strong supporter of justice and defender of the weak. The dead Americans who were killed on Arrow Air 1285 can’t speak for themselves.
TREACHERY: Murder, Cocaine, and the Lucifer Directive
I am enclosing a synopsis of TREACHERY: Murder, Cocaine, and the Lucifer Directive, an investigative report of government murder, gun running, cocaine trafficking and corruption authored by me and published on Amazon in August 2016 that documents the inherent evil of using illegal covert operations to conduct the business of government, three articles authored by Mr. Bryan Burnett, peer-reviewed by other forensic scientists and published by the UK’s Journal of Forensic Research, other relevant documentation, supporting these horrific crimes. If you have any questions, please have your representative contact me at 609-774-7551 [C] or email me at rodowd@live.com.
Respectively,
