The situation in the zone of
the People's Militia responsibility hasn't changed significantly over the last
day, remains tense, tends to aggravation and escalation of the conflict.
Yesterday, the Ukrainian
punishers from the AFU 54th separate motorized brigade and the 59th separate
motor-infantry brigade by the order of the command four times violated the
ceasefire regime. The firing was applied onto the units of the People's Militia
in the areas of the localities of Kalinovka and Kalinovo from the automatic
grenade launcher (more than 110 shots), grenade launchers (more than 15 shots),
and also from small arms of various caliber.
The military-political
leadership of Ukraine continues violating conditions of presence of heavy
military equipment on the contact line provided by the Minsk agreements.
According to our data, at
the Kharkov armor plant which is under protection of the national guard of
Ukraine there are the T-64 tanks which have been fully repaired. At the moment
the T-64 tanks and also the staff from the Desna training center which location
is in Chernigov are being uploaded on platforms. The destination of these
military echelons are the railway stations Schast'ye and Olkhovaya.
Our reconnaissance elicited
the new facts proving the engineering works of engineer installations near the
line of contact by the AFU military personnel. Near the locality of Nizhnyaya
Olkhovaya there was detected the location of the equipped platoon strong point
of the 2d motorized battalion of the 28 separate motorized brigade. In the area
of the locality of Zhyoltoye there was also detected the platoon strong point
where there are 3 disguised IFVs. Near the locality of Novozvanovka, the
engineering works on the equipping of firing positions and dugouts are being
conducted by the AFU personnel.
Thus, despite the agreements
on withdrawal of heavy arms and ceasefire reached in Minsk, the leadership of
Ukraine continues accumulating military potential to solve the conflict in
Donbass by force.
In my turn, I want to notice
that the People's Militia observes the peace agreements reached in Minsk despite
the provocations by the Ukrainian security officers which became more frequent.
This fact and the similar ones give the grounds to the leaders of the republic
and the People's Militia not to weaken vigilance and insistence on high
standards, paying special attention to the protection and safety of the LPR within
which the program of combat training of units will be boosted and their
fighting power will be increased.
