Donetsk Defense: Situation Report,19.05.2016

The situation in
the Donetsk People’s Republic remains tense.
Over the past day
the Ukrainian military shelled the territory of the Republic 326 times.
The enemy fired 32 mines of 120mm caliber and 72 mines
of 82mm caliber. Besides, the shelling was carried out with antitank guided
missiles, infantry fighting vehicles, armored vehicles, different types of
grenade launchers and small arms.
The Ukrainian
military opened fire on such localities as: Dokuchayevsk, Spartak,
Yasinovataya, Staromikhailovka, Veseloye, Yelenovka, Novaya Mar’yevka, the mine
Abakunova, the area of the Airport and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk.
Brigade commanders Zabolotny,
Shaptala, Sokolov and the commanders of battalions Gromadsky,
Chayuk, Marchenko and Voitenko gave criminal orders to shell the
territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Our intelligence
keeps registering the concentration of the enemy’s prohibited weapons along the
contact line. Thus, in the area of the localities as:
North-west of the
locality of Slavnoye (3km before the contact line) there were registered nine
tanks;
the locality of
Novosyolovka (10km before the contact line) there were registered 5
self-propelled artillery platforms, 2 MRLS “Grad”, 5 tanks, 15 fighting
infantry vehicles and 3 armored vehicles;
The locality of the
second Novosyolovka ( 6km before the contact line) there were registered 3 MRLS
“Grad”.
Besides, our
intelligence registered redeployment of up to 400 people from the battalion
“Aidar” from the locality of Volnovakha to the area of the locality of
Slavnoye and Sladkoye.
Our intelligence
registered the ammunition supply to the area of the locality of Avdeyevka in
the zone of the responsibility of the 16th separate infantry battalion of the
58th separate infantry brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The delivery is
carried out with the help of 4 cars in the area of the so-called Putilovsky
forest to the trunk of one of mines.
In the area of the
locality of Luganskoye there was registered the presence of the Canadian
instructors of the private military company having arrived in the zone of the
responsibility of the 1st infantry battalion of the 54th separate infantry
brigade to organize the sabotage-reconnaissance group’s activity.
All data on
violating the Minsk Agreements were handed over to the representatives of the
Joint Centre for Control and Coordination and the SMM OSCE.
Our intelligence
keeps registering not military losses of the Ukrainian military. In particular,
in the are of the locality of Novotroitskoye there exploded an explosive device
put under a car of the soldiers of the 1st infantry battalion of the 72nd
separate infantry brigade by the military of the Aidar. As a result, two
soldiers got contused, one of them was immediately sent to hospital. The
military officers of the 1st battalion were able to find out guilty people of
the explosion.As a result, there was firing among the soldiers of the 72nd
brigade and the military of the battalion “Aidar”. It is noted that in the
military clash there died two soldiers and five got wounded.

According to the
data of our intelligence, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine keeps
holding preliminary events to carry out the full-fledged provocations in the
area of the locality of the Avdeyevka from May 20 till May 22. According
to the enemy’s plan, they are going to strike their troops and civilians with
air-weapons as in with using non-nominal launchers in the sort of those which
are used by the terrorists of the Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria, as
we stated it earlier. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is going to
sacrifice their military and the fact of the goal-directed explosion of the
bridge over the river of Kamenka in the area of the second Novosyolovka on the
route Donetsk-Konstantinovka on May 15 is the evidence of it. The
destroyed bridge is blocking the Nazis and the units of the 16th separate
infantry battalion of the 58th separate infantry brigade in the locality of the
Avdeyevka with the beginning of the shelling of the positions of their soldiers
by the Ukrainian national security environment. Meantime, according to the
potential plan of the Ukrainian military’s command, the provocative shellings
on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the positions of the Armed Forces
of the DPR must entail backstrokes aimed at gathering the units of the
Ukrainian Army. For this purpose, unknown men sent the data on the
location of all units of the 16th separate infantry battalion of the 58th
separate infantry brigade and the Ukrainian Nazis located in the area of the
locality of Avdeyevka south-east of the river of Kamenka to our email address.
The information is checked by our intelligence. But I can already say that the
checked part of the data is true.

Thus, the command
of the Armed Forces of Ukraine keep preparing their evil plans to disrupt the
Minsk Agreements and have the aim to blame us for provocations. In turn, we
keep implementing the Minsk Agreements but we are ready for any variant of
developing the situation.
