Since early 2017, 5,075 reports on missing children have been filed, stated the deputy head of the Ukrainian National Police, Konstantin Bushuyev, the press service of the ministry reports. 
According to Bushuyev, this year the number of missing children's reports has exceeded the figures of 2015 and almost caught up with the data for 2016. However, the police began to more often return the missing children home.
"If in 2015, the National Police received more than 4.5 thousand reports on children gone missing, then last year there were about 6 thousand such reports. For 8 months of this year, the police have already received 5,075 reports on missing children. It should be said that a certain positive dynamics is observed in terms of their search," Bushuyev said.
 
He also stated the reasons that make children leave their homes. Most often it is the teenager's propensity for vagrancy, as well as untimely return home, for example - from a walk or from friends'.

WIKILEAKS: CIA can secretly load implants on Windows’s devices

Wikileaks has released new information on the CIA’s hacking programs.

MOSCOW(Sputnik) – The WikiLeaks whistleblowing platform released Thursday new documents from the Vault 7 series, which contain information on the CIA Angelfire tool, used to load and execute implants targeting computers using Microsoft Windows operating systems.
“Today, August 31st 2017, WikiLeaks publishes documents from the Angelfire project of the CIA. Angelfire is an implant comprised of five components: Solartime, Wolfcreek, Keystone (previously MagicWand), BadMFS, and the Windows Transitory File system,” the statement on the organization’s website said.
The CIA reportedly uses the tool to load and execute malicious user applications on target computers running on the Microsoft Windows operating system. One of tool’s components modifies the boot sector, allowing the implants to be downloaded simultaneously with Windows’ boot time device drivers. Loaded implants never touch the file system, so it is rather difficult to track the process.
WikiLeaks released the first batch from the Vault 7 project in March, containing a total of 8,761 documents. The latest release, dedicated to a CIA project allowing for the secret collection of biometric data from US liaison services, took place on August 24.

Russia’s Channel 1 correspondent Anna Kurbatova has been detained by the Ukrainian security services in Kiev. The journalist was promptly deported for “smearing” Ukraine and barred from entering the country for three years, according to a security services spokesperson.
The incident occurred in the city center of the Ukrainian capital on Wednesday. Kurbatova was “grabbed by unknown assailants, forced into a car and driven away,” according to Channel 1.

The Russian authorities are closely monitoring the situation to learn more about the fate of the journalist.
“At the moment we don’t have information, but, undoubtedly, we’ll do our best to clarify the situation,” Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry is also trying to clarify the situation around the correspondent's detention.
“The Russian Foreign Ministry and Russian diplomatic institutions abroad are looking into the disappearance of a Channel 1 journalist in Ukraine,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told TASS.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has condemned the incident with Kurbatova, urging international human rights organizations to closely monitor the situation around freedom of the press in Ukraine.
“The abduction of the Channel 1 journalist Anna Kurbatova in Kiev on August 30 and her compulsory deportation to Russia is clearly not an accidental occurrence, but a deliberate provocation launched by the Ukrainian law enforcement and nationalist radicals,” the Russian Foreign Ministry’s information and press department said in a statement.
“We draw the attention of international human rights organizations and other structures, designed to protect freedom and independence of the media, to the disgraceful attitude towards journalists in Ukraine. We hope for their appropriate response and practical steps regarding the outrageous actions of the Kiev authorities.”
The Russian embassy in Kiev has sent requests to the Ukrainian security services as well as a note to Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry, urging them to clarify the incident and immediately release the journalist.

The Chinese Defence Ministry Spokesman Ren Guoqiang has made a statement during his monthly briefing reiterating China’s position on the Korean crisis.
The statement reiterated China’s continuing commitment to the joint Sino-Russia peace plan for Korea, the so-called ‘double-freeze’ which calls for the DPRK to immediately cease its missile launches and calls for the US and South Korea to cease their military drills, missile launches and delivery of the THAAD missile systems to Korean soil.
China and Russia also both call for direct talks between Washington and Pyongyang.
Finally, China has said quite frankly that it “will not allow war” to occur on the Korean peninsula.

Le BST (Bureau des services techniques), une filiale de la CIA [2], dispose d’un système de collecte de données biométriques qui est fourni aux services de liaison du monde entier, en contrepartie, ces derniers doivent leur fournir toutes les données biométriques récupérées grâces à ce système. Cependant, aux yeux de la CIA, ce « partage volontaire » ne fonctionne pas ou ne suffit pas, car « ExpressLane » est un outil de récupération de données secret utilisé par la CIA destiné à la fuite de données en provenance de tels systèmes fournis aux services de liaison.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has strongly criticized the Kiev regime’s kidnapping and illegal detention of Russian civilian journalist Anna Kurbatova.
Kurbatova was forcibly abducted by the SBU, the regime’s security service in a mafia style incident in central Kiev. She is currently being held and will soon be forcibly deported from the country. Her current condition remains unknown.

The statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry reads as follows,
“The detention in Kiev on August 30 of Channel One journalist Anna Kurbatova and her forcible deportation to Russia is clearly not an accidental incident, but a deliberate provocation initiated by the Ukrainian law enforcement and national radicals.

We are directing the attention of international human rights organisations and other agencies which are supposed to protect freedom and independence of the media to the continuing outrage in Ukraine. We hope for their reaction and practical steps with regard to the excesses of the Kiev authorities”.

Ukraina staje się coraz bardziej niebezpiecznym miejscem dla zagranicznych dziennikarzy. W roku 2014 brytyjski dziennikarz Graham Phillips został porwany przez ukraińską SBU w czasie, gdy relacjonował działania wojenne prowadzone przez reżim kijowski w Donbasie. Był przetrzymywany w niebezpiecznych warunkach, posiadane przez niego przedmioty zostały ukradzione a on sam został wyrzucony z kraju. Obarcza się go ponadto odpowiedzialnością za zabójstwo pisarza Olesa Buzina w roku 2015. Portal opublikował pełne dane dotyczące adresów zamieszkania tych osób na krótko przed ich zabójstwem.
Oprócz zamieszczania nazwisk i danych osobowych ludzi uznanych za wrogów faszystowskiego reżimu, portal jest pełen rasistowskich zdjęć i wpisów zawierających groźby wobec Rosjan i obraźliwych tyrad przeciwko rosyjskiej cerkwi prawosławnej i jej wyznawcom.
Mirovetz jest neo-nazistowskim odpowiednikiem wielu propagandowych stron internetowych ISIS, które nadal zaśmiecają internet. Pełno na nich obrazów gloryfikujących śmierć, obrażających uczucia religijne ludzi wierzących, wskazujących cele do kolejnego zabójstwa i prezentujących się jako pełnoprawny kult smierci. Pomijając język tego portalu, nie widać żadnej różnicy wobec tych, którzy zajmują się promocją agendy ISIS.
W odróżnieniu od stron internetowych ISIS – które przywódcy zachodni często werbalnie potępiają — przywódcy europejscy i Ameryki Północnej prawie nigdy nie wypowiadali się na temat portalu Mirotvorec. Z uwagi na jego złowrogą i niebezpieczną zawartość, nie linkuję tego portalu ponieważ jestem zdania, że powinien zostać zamknięty. To nie jest kwestia wolności wypowiedzi, tylko bezpieczeństwa publicznego. Portal ten ma na celu radykalizację mieszkańców Ukrainy, wskazując kolejne ofiary morderstw. W sposób jednoznaczny zajmuje się gloryfikacją terroryzmu.
Trzeba dokonać oceny moralnej i podjąć stosowne działania, tylko gdzie jest tzw. „społeczność międzynarodowa?”
Rosja usiłuje rozwiązać kryzys kanałami dyplomatycznymi, ale jeżeli to nie odniesie skutku, byłoby wskazane wysłać do Kijowa grupę FSB w celu uratowania porwanej dziennikarki.
Z ostatniej chwili: rzecznik reżimu ukraińskiego potwierdził, że Anna Kurbatova została zatrzymana przez funkcjonariuszy państwowych i zostanie niezwłocznie deportowana do Rosji. Nieznany jest stan zdrowia Kurbatovej.
